| If you want to return/exchange any item you must contact us via telephone or email first. Returns/exchanges will only be allowed within 30 days of receiving your gift item. All olivewood and mother-of-pearl items are unique. No two items are exactly alike. Actual items may differ from the pictures as wood grains vary per item. Individual website orders will be shipped out within 5-10 days of order receipt. All items are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS). We use PayPal for all credit card processing. Free shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more. For orders less than $50.00 a shipping and handling charge of $5.00 will apply.
